Wargaming.net has announced they're currently working on a new title World of Warplanes.Whether you admit it or not, Wargaming.net's team-based MMO World of Tanks has made a huge success. It has taken both the Best Game of 2011 and Audience Awards at GDC Russia 2011. Even the dev team will be participating in Tankfest 2011, an annual military history event. It is unusual that an MMO intersects with history. And obviously, Wargaming.net want to replicate WoT's success with World Of Warplanes. It seems that Wargaming.net attempt to make all forms of military object into MMO.
World of Warplanes is a team-based, massive multiplayer game dedicated to military airplanes from the 1930's to the 1950's(during World War II and the Korean conflict when technological advances were rapid developed).

There are no more details about this free to play deathmatch game. Wargaming.net hasn't reveal a release date yet, nor any sort of images or video. so it seems this game might still be in its early stages.
